As a Director at Mushkan Microfinance Foundation, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing and optimizing operational processes that drive financial inclusion and support the growth of small businesses in underserved communities.
Throughout his career, Dhiraj has been instrumental in streamlining operational strategies, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless delivery of microfinance services. With a strong academic background, including a post-graduate degree, she has dedicated her career to empowering marginalized communities, particularly women, through innovative financial solutions and social initiatives.
Reema’s expertise spans across financial inclusion, sustainable livelihoods, and social impact programs, with a focus on creating scalable and sustainable models that benefit underserved populations. Over the years, she has successfully worked on various initiatives that foster women’s entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and access to essential resources.
